Experience
Neil began his investment industry career in 2000 and joined Stifel in 2007 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, he served as a Liability Claims Administrator with Elco Assurances, Inc.
Community Involvement and Personal
Neil is a proud supporter of numerous charities in his community, including schools, religious organizations, and neighborhood outreach programs. He is married and has four children. His hard work and energy are always helping him to expand his horizons and learn new things. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach, playing golf and tennis, reading, and spending time with his family.

Joseph began his financial services career at Stifel in 2024. Prior to joining Stifel, he was a certified NASM Personal Trainer and worked as a strength and nutrition coach at a gym in Long Beach, New York. Joseph’s mission is to provide the team’s clients with top-tier service. He is a hard worker and wants to continue learning throughout his career. If there is something Joseph may not comprehend fully, he asks questions to help understand, learn, and grow.

Joseph works alongside and coaches youth and high school basketball players and teams.

Zack began his financial services career with Stifel in 2025. Having been around the business since he was a child, Zack is proud to work alongside his father, Neil, and brother, Joseph. Zack is passionate about developing relationships with clients and is committed to ensuring their day-to-day administrative and operational needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
Community Involvement and Personal
Zack previously coached varsity basketball and continues to maintain the strong relationships he built during his time there. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active in the fitness and basketball community.
